When are they flashing
At cold start?
Warm start?

You will need to code out the bulb checks
Do you have the cable?

Not to jack this thread, but I also installed HIDs recently. While mine aren't flickering (the actual lights work great), they are throwing an error both at warm and cold start. In fact, the error keeps sounding and appearing in the dash about every 30 seconds or so while I drive with the lights on. I ordered the cable and am now waiting for its delivery. Should telling the car to ignore cold and warm start fix this as well? Thanks very much.

Flickering isn't caused by the bulb check system for hids.
