maybe this is the opportunity you need to replace the runflats with a normal tire?

So you guys prefer regular tires over run flats? What's the reason to that?

They are non run flat Pirelli Sottozero winters. Absolutely great grip in the snow so far this winter, I just found a pot hole too steep.

Well you didn't have to read it, did you? Perhaps you prefer the threads asking about JB4 vs Cobb. Or maybe you like the questions for best angel eyes? I know, you want to know how old we are or what we do for a living. Would you like to know what we think you should spend your tax return money on?

Move along....

Sucks to hear, but hey, such things happen all the time. Could have been worse - bent rim or other stuff.

Well I guess he read the title and wanted to read the story. Instead he found only one sentence - which technically isn't even a full sentence so he has a point I guess...

I once did an oil change and forgot to put the drain plug back in. It wasnt exactly the Exxon Valdiz but it was quite the mess.

Wow, really mind blowing.... I mean the part where you are only changing one tire on the axle, gonna have mad traction on that tire!

They are cheaper, usually better compounds are available and better tread technology. For the performance minded folks, the flexible sidewall of a conventional tire is best for hard cornering and tracking.
