Tyre pressures....
Sorry to bring another tyre pressure topic up again but.....i,m having a bad day...
sorry the plate on the car says 2.6 bar front and 3.1 bar rear, which seems very high? (37psi and 45psi) The car is a 2006 325 saloon 225/45 17" 91w runflats. Thanks. Last edited by Shaleshifter; 12-16-2010 at 08:32 AM.. |

My fronts are the same size. Off my door jamb plate pressures, towards the lower end of the scale gives me 30psi (2.1). I run the 255 rears at 32.
The higher part of the range allows for 5 adults and a boot full of suitcases!! I rarely take more than a couple of passengers and virtually never carry lugage. This seems fine to me. IMO, some people seem to want to over-inflate non-RFT's to replicate the feeling of a RFT? |
