E92 Xenon Help!

Hey guys,

Can anyone please help me. I bought a e92 07 328i used and theres no warranty on it right now. The problem is when i turn on the car, passenger side xenon comes on, the driver side doesnt and the weird thing is, when i turn the left signal on, the daylight bulb comes on and turn slowly off. It worked fine until yesterday when it showed a bulb out and the healight started to be foggy.

What do you guys think the problem might be. I checked the bulb. It is fine.
