recent lease/buy of a 335?

Has anyone recently leased/bought or negotiated for a 2013 335i?
What sort of deals have you been able to negotiate?

I am looking for a 335xi/i with premium and msport package.
The residual is at 53% and lease rate at 4.9%.

You can always buy an older model/year and still get the N54 engine

That interest rate is same as Audi S4 but higher than everyone else. Resid is high.....they will be upside down at lease end I bet.

Are there currently any factory incentives for the F30?

I know it cost more monthly but the smart money finances, unless you are in a position to write off the lease payment.

I am leasing due to my ability to deduct for tax purposes..

What sort of numbers are people getting for the S4?
Right now the best I am getting for the 335i with premium and msport is $860+tax a month .

If OP can deduct the car expense for tax purposes, no worry on how low one can get on monthly payment, right ?

I think there is a limit you can claim.

Nonetheless, I was lucky to score 1.9% finance rate for my 2011 335. It was summer time and I guess they were clearing out the last of the E90s.

Which dealer was that at? if you want, PM me the dealer and SA contact info?

I am still on the fence on going with another 335 or changing it a bit.

There is a limit on the monthly payment one can deduct...I believe its $850 a month.

Even though I can deduct for tax purposes, I still like to negotiate the best possible deal when shopping. lol

The smart money buys lightly used cars that have taken the major depreciation hit. I just don't get the argument that it's smarter to buy vs. lease when it comes to new cars. Sure, you own the car outright at the end but it's a depreciating asset that will eventually be worth nothing.

Especially in the case of 335s. My 09 e92 is not worth what BMW thought it would be. Upside down by min $5000 after 3 years.
