it gives 5 - 10 hp claimed by BMS, but I don't think it gives anything, it just plays on the throttle response wich will make you feel the car is pulling faster.

have it. dynoed it. ~10hp in the midrange. honestly, you don't really feel the power that much, but what you do feel is the throttle remapping, which makes the car drive 100% better. if you have a steptronic, and feel your car has some throttle lag, it's a must have imo.
I accidentally turned it off a couple of weeks ago, and it was a night and day difference. Yes, a full AA or OE tune is better, we all know that. But it also costs more. You can find a used PBX for less than $200 which is a bargain, even if you only use it for the throttle maps. |
