N54 to N55 FMIC fitment???

Does anyone know for sure if a FMIC from say a 2008 (N54) 335i will fit a 2011 (N55) 335i xdrive?

I've been asking around but am getting mixed answers

The FMIC is a LTBMW customized AA from what I've been told

Just to help other..

both intercoolers with bolt up and fit the same. There will be a hose piping that will be needed to interchanged for the N54 to N55. That is all.

Our FMIC fits both N54 & N55

The difference is on the driver side charge piping.

If its our intercooler it will fit. In the early models we had a intercooler pipe that was specific N54/n55 but we now have a pipe that fits both.

All of our intercoolers race and sport will fit 335/135/1m/335is (n55/n54)
