Autowerks ???

Hey, has anyone had work done at Autowerks or any experiences they wish to share ??

Ron is also his neighbor....

My experience with them on other forums has been marginal at best. Kinda $$$ and snooty, not that their work isn't good but Ron has an "online attitude" that keeps me away from there.

you just have to talk to the right people, i have gotten work done there before and have no problem, but like many a&l will do a great job for a great price as well

IMO they are going to try to get as much money out of you as possible

. You are better off going to the dealer (similar pricing too). Not too happy with my past experiences there... they did work I did not request, and charged me for every single little thing, I developed leaks etc post service.
With all that said they do have an impressive shop with some great classic bimmers. Would not recommend AUTOWERKS!

To clarify, I'm not recommending AUTOWERKS. I've had work done at A & L and couldn't be happier with the price and quality. Thanks for the catch Al.

Never used their shop, but Larry from bodywerks used to be part of it, and now has his own shop autoart which is down the street. Honestly, their shops are too far for me to use, and i tend to just use patrick jaguar collision which is down the street from my house.
