18" Forgestar F14: Tire Size(s)
Howdy Guys,
I am contemplating some F14s for my 08 335i coupe. Have to go with 18's as the roads in and around Houston leave a lot to be desired (especially inside the loop). I am wanting widths of 8.5" in the front and 10 inches for the rear. Assuming I can run these rim sizes with zero issues, what would be the recommended tire sizes? Thanks, Greg P.S. Anybody interested in some used 189s with practically new Michelin A/S sports? |

Those are the same tire sizes that are on my 18" OEM style 189 wheels.
Going from 8 to 8.5 (front) and 9 to 10 inches (rear). You are saying that the tire size(s) won't change going to these wider rims? Thanks, Greg |

I have 18/8.5 and 18/9.5 F14's. I run 235/40 and 265/35...I assume you can run 275/35 on a 10'.....my offsets are 32 front and 28 rear no issues

That is correct, the setup that would work perfectly is the 18x8.5 with a 235/40/18 in the front and 18x10 with a 265/30/18 without any rubbing issues!!

I must've been completely awake this morning 235/40/18 in the front and 265/30/18 in the rear is the optimum setup. -Frank |
