My car doesn't want to start

Slowly the pass couple days my cars been having trouble starting. It has like a small crank lag before starting up. If I don't drive it for couple hours, it'll the crank lags. Today I started my car and it didn't want to start at all I can hear the ignition click but doesn't crank. The battery is only two months old. Could it be the fuel pump ? I have a 07 335i sedan. I have a video of what's been happening
You can hear it trying to start. Would anyone know what's going on ?

Im going through the same thing last week, with P2400. Bring it to the dealer, turn out to be bad starter and dmtl. Lucky all under cpo warranty.

Any codes? Usually based on what i've seen/read, commonly the HPFP symptoms are long cranks, no starts, or not staying running.
