Perfect-It Sandblasting Rancho Cordova, CA
I took my wheels in to get powder coated. The gentleman Steed, tells me that he can have them done in 3-4 days max. I said ok and gave him my wheels to start working on. 2 weeks go by and I get no call. So I call and he tells me that they're still working on my wheels, and I said ok, as long as the job gets done correctly. 3 WEEKS GO BY, and I finally get my wheels, and guess what? They were all messed up! They painted it horribly with specs dirt on the paint and over spray all over the machined lip! So Steed offers to repolish them and I said ok, I need them by Friday because I have a buyer coming from Los Angeles to Sacramento to buy them and Steed said no problem. I dropped them off Tuesday and I called him on Friday at 11:00 a.m. and he said that they are polishing them as we speak and they will be done today at 4:00 p.m.. I drive there after work and guess what? THEY WERE STILL SITTING IN THE SAME EXACT SPOT WHERE I HAD LEFT THEM AND NO ONE EVEN TOUCHED THEM. I would never ever recommend this company to anyone again and if you don't want to take my advice, BUYER BEWARE. I've worked in the Automotive Industry for 4 years as an ASE certified technician and have never seen such horrible service by anyone. Steed knows how to sell you his products verbally, but he DEFINITLEY CANNOT back it up.

I hope you paid them with a credit card, otherwise it's time to hit the small claims court

I went in there yesterday and Steed was trying to give me the whole "my wife's mother has cancer, my life's a mess right now" speech and I simply told him that look, I'm not an asshole but I really don't care, business is business and you are bullshiting me around. So I sat in the same spot from 9:45 a.m. to 2:20 p.m. and made sure my damn wheels were going to get finisihed. They came out really good. But FUCK that place.
