Requesting pics of H&R race with koni yellows !
hey i would really like to see how h&r race springs matched with koni yellows would sit . Preferably e90s. I am about to purchase the 2 but i want to see exactly how low they are and how the ride is . so please give me a little detail as too how comfortable and how well it performs !
thanks !

its my understanding that shocks do not change the ride height of a car. So any pics you find of cars with H&R matched with any shock will be the same.

Springs control the height and comfort dedetermined by the shocks if I was right?
Here is my car. I'm running the H&R sport springs and KONI sport shocks yellow. The comfort is ok, just like OEM in my opinion. The height should be 0.5~1cm lower than my car if you choose race springs cuz sport will lower 1.2"~1.3" and race will lower 1.5". Since my car is xi model, the front gap might be higher than i model but not sure. |

mhmm! shocks are for handling and as for those who have xi models when you are on H&R sport springs your front will look just a bit lower than stocke of i models, even after 500 miles of settling. but the rear is perfect :]

my car sat lower on completely blown shocks than it did on brand new shocks when i had h&r race. it plays a small role when it comes to worn parts.
cheers to the guy who posted something completely different that what the OP asked for

i have a e92xi on race H&R paired with Koni yellow adjustable. i can say the ride is not so good right now i am bouncing at the rear and its very annoying.
this week i will be testing out if its due to my yellows being on very stiff. because my front is amazing at stiff but the rear seems to be bouncing like hell. Will report when i finish. |
