Drivers side xenon adaptive headlight aiming too far left... how to fix???

I converted my preLCI adaptive xenons to LCI adaptive xenons and Im having an issue with the drivers side headlight aiming too far left.
- I manually adjusted it ALL the way to the right however it seems like it need to go much further.
- Servo motor is attached properly
- Horizontal adjustment ball/socket appears to be seated correct.
- nothing visually appears broken on inside or feels broken
** When i turn my car on ONLY the passenger headlight auto-adjusts (side to side / up down). The broken driverside does NOTHING (as far as auto-levelling)
- no codes

Any ideas??? Again its the HORIZONTAL adjustment that does not adjust enough to the inside (right). Vertically is fine.

Do u have an e90? Also. did u do a conversion from pre-LCI to LCI xenons? Also are yours adaptive?

Check out another similar thread I recently created as that may shed some light.

I hope this gets fixed.

I have a e90 lci. Bought adaptive headlights but not using the setup. I turned it as far as it goes.. Right side clicked in just fine. I even opened up the housing and nothing looks misplaced or broken.

Are these brand new or used? I had a car that had this problem and found the stepper motor had stiff movement as I did my test plan. Ended up replacing the left headlamp for new unit. Swivel module was OK just to clarify. Also swivel modules need to coded to vehicle if you replace.
