Cornwall family holiday
Thinking about summer hols for myself, wife and 2 kids aged 8 and 6. Cornwall is one of the destinations and just wanted to know has anyone any suggestions of great places to stay.
Have spent the last hour or two looking at hotels, private rents and caravan type places and I'm as confused as can be. Like the privacy of a private rent but the facilities in a hotel or caravan site are also nice in terms of pools etc. |

Have a look at Hoseasons I've used them before and found the standard of the properties to be good. If you run into any issues you can also give them a call and get some action.

we stayed at a lovely place near Bodmin, called Kerriers barn. I would definitely recommend it for some R&R.

Ive stayed at Trevornick Holiday park a few times and its really nice. It's clean and friendly, got fishing pools, golf course and own beach within walking distance.

Brilliant guys, time for a bit of internet viewing of all those places.
What sights are best to be near, I holidayed in Cornwall years ago as a kid and remember some places but with an 8 and 6 year old its important there is something to keep them amused. |

I've stayed in various places in Cornwall as a child and more recently, but always get drawn back to west Cornwall, around Sennen Cove and Lands End. Also love St Ives, which is a nice base for a family holiday. There are loads of things to keep you active and busy. This is a good starting point:

We stayed here - very child friendly, especially with small ones. I'd recommend it.
