Audio Volume not Speed based

Ive attempted to search and came up with a lot of Auto Volume control based on speed, so my search is flawed.

My E92 has the Hifi 10 speaker setup. Although Im in Florida, after a long day at work, its windows down and system up kinda deal. What I notice as a song would peak or hit a loud point, it drops considerably. This is driving me nuts! Is there a way to prevent it, as at 75 mph the volume is barely tolerable.
