Only took me a few days, but from what i heard from my seller they are out of stock and arent expecting more until mid January. I would preorder from them so you can guarantee yourself a unit as i bet they will go fast once they are in stock.

I will get some teaser shots up tonight but probably wont have a full review or DIY until after this week as i have some finals i should probably be studying for. Here are two shots to hold you over until then:
They are blurry, like i said it was dark out so i used no flash and didnt have a tripod: Sergio, i have pictures of the WHOLE installation process that i will share with you if you need some assistance before i get the DIY written up. PM me and i can shoot you my email address. |

SQ is better than OEM without a doubt and without me even adjusting any of the settings. I have hifi and can easily feel more bass and hear more clarity.
Here are a few pictures to hold ya over: Also i dont believe it is compatible with BMW assist as i get an error on my dash when i start the car now. Doesnt matter since i dont use it anyway but. |

The same reason this unit is not compatible with the OEM Logic7 system is the same reason it is not compatible with Assist - or with OEM Sirius, OEM CD Changer or OEM USB for that matter: this unit is not a MOST hub as it is the OEM HU. It does not have any digital inputs or outputs. This unit is an aftermarket HU/Nav. It is not designed to interface with any OEM MOST device in your car, only to the MFSW thru the CAN bus. |

BUT since Dynavin's platform is windows based, you could run an OBD Scan Tool and diagnostic software, like this for example :http://www.auterraweb.com/dynoscan.html on Dynavin by simply connecting it to your cars OBD port and get live data logging on your screen.!!! Considering that Dynavin has Internet, bluetooth, Digital TV and so many other features, screw BMW Assist then.

Regular FM.
Sergio, How do you utilize the OEM mic? I would like to do this before i finish running the wire for the one included with the kit? And agreed on the BMW Assist. I had paid the fee for the year and last week i locked my keys in my car and they tried to remote unlock twice and neither worked when my car was in an open parking lot. Cancelled it immediately. |

Does this mean there will be no access/functionality for BMW Assist?
BMW Assist recovered my stolen car awhile back... It would have taken the police days to find it and they lead the Police to it within 1 hour. (Had to get a police report first)... I dont care about locked doors or roadside assist, but they saved my @ss when the car was stolen.... I want this nav option! |

ok, so i dont pay for the assist any more so i dont have it but the blue tooth i do have and would like to keep. now as far as the logic 7 goes i do have that so i would have to run new wires to the speakers? and i wonder if there will be a sound loss to the change??
i know its kind of repetitive from other post just want to be sure before i shell out the cash for it.
