The only issue with east coast cars is rust.....

Today I was dreaming of a new DD and looking at 2005 Lexus LS430's online.... 12-18k, 290/320 hp/torque, always liked them. Looked on a forum and no real issues...people saying how they snagged them at 50k and 4 yrs later near 100k no problems...give me one with Mark Levinson and 245/45-18's....

In 2k6 the hp and torque dropped and the next yr was the 4th gen LS. I love the 3rd gen and drove it the same day I first drove the E90 330 at a Lexus event....

I would say all the big brand halo cars are. The 7, s6/s7, s class are all the best they have ever been. Same for anything with an amg.

I'd say second best. The 1M had an LSD.

But I still love the 335is. I wish they made a performance 335ixs or something for the sedan in the US.

I have to say my Toyota Tundra is a phenomenal vehicle. It's a 2013 and I have considered trading up to the new one, but it's the same truck with different body panels, so nothing to motivate me to do so. I'm at 41k miles in it and it's never had a wrench on it except for oil changes.
Hold off until the new one... our 04 sequoia is at 220k with nothing but oil changes waterpump and timing belt every 100k and tranny flush every 100k it tows at leat once a week for our busines, we desperately want the new gen to come out. Seriously has never broken down... wish i could say the same as my 335

Wow. What mileage did you do the water pump and timing belt?

Fair enough, but my B7 RS4 is still "today" a ton of fun to drive compared to many new brands/models!

The 2016 Honda Civic is the best Civic ever. It's a VERY nice car, and have actually thought about swapping my E92 for one. Total cost of ownership is much better than the amazingly unreliable BMW brand

yeah new Civic seems like it leapfrogged the Accord, especially the turbo. No longer fits the Civic name, in a very good way.

I'm interested in selling my 2004 Frontier V6 long bed crew cab 5MT RWD for a Toyota tundra Platinum 4x4 crewcab. Any issues you had with the truck so far? I have rattles on my new 2015 Sienna and the dealership doesn't really seem to make an effort to find or fix it. I've opened a case number with Toyota corp about it.

I test drove a used 2014 Tundra and I noticed it felt very large when trying to navigate single lane driveways... hard to describe... but its like the line of sight to judge how close you are to something and if you would rub a tire with a curb or a fender against a wall was hard to judge. I also noticed the radio would lock up a lot in that 10 mile test drive (same headunit as in my Sienna Limited Premium). The CPO trucks I found were very beat'n up so I'm not feeling those. I was thinking to go to TX and get a new tundra and get the better promotional rates they have.

I have never had an american badge vehicle to date (grew up in the 80's and they were all poor on reliability). I will never own an american badge vehicle even if they "ever" get their act together...

Most foreign badge vehicles are more american than Ford is. X5, Z4's, Nissan's, Toyota's, Honda's are all built in the USA for our market.
