So I finally got around to getting some help from Brian L on an exterior detail. Man did I ever need it. I would highly recommend Brian L to anyone in the area. He is very professional, very meticulous, and very reasonable. Some of the commentary is from Brian.

BTW, it was raining for a couple of days before he showed up so I couldnt wash the car before hand. Kinda embarrassing...

Couple before shots, car definitely in need of a good bath when I arrived







Starting with the wheels, Sonax doing it's thing

After the wash was done, I moved onto the application of Iron X paint decontaminate




Iron X soaking into the paint




Driveway looked like it was bleeding from all the contamination running off the car




After the Iron X was complete I pulled her into the garage to start claying.





Glass as well as paint surfaces are clayed in ALL of my details





Not too bad. I'm finding that when I use Iron X, the clay doesn't seem to be as dirty afterwards





Trunk lid and driver's side quarter panel corrected, now that's what I call a perfect finish!!

Next up I moved on to the cloudy, dull window trim. Common problem amongst E9x cars. Easily fixed though

Brian does an awesome job!!! He did my 335i when I had it. If you just want a regular wash which is still better than a car wash and he puts his time into it it runs 75 dollars. If you want the next stage up which takes almost 3 hours is 160. If you need paint correction which takes about 8 hours your looking at I believe 395 for Stage 1 and if you want the Stage 2 it runs a little more. However, its definitely worth the money and he definitely does great work.

I did a stage 1 and it took about 6 hours, looked amazing afterwards - I posted a topic about it somewhere around here if you search.

My car had a load of swirls which were pretty much all sorted out.

Depending on when you had your car last done, at the beginning of this year Brian changed his pricing.
