Can you spot the issue with this E46 M3?

As title says:

Surely they know and can't expect to sell it like that, but then again, someone might not notice it

They can and they will. Not everyone notices incorrect wheels. But surely the paintwork looks shabby too?

Shame really.

Ermmmm

The rear offset looks a bit narrow..... Is the SMG gear selector supposed to be in that position?

I know very little about the E46 M3...

Wahts wrong with it?

I'm just surprised that a dealer would advertise a car such as an E46 M3 with what looks like front wheels on the rear as well as the front.

As AP said though, they'll do it

Someone over on cutters bought one a few months ago and it was running the fronts on all four corners and he had no clue. Until someone pointed it out.

I'll bet he was gutted, especially if someone had to point it out to him. I know I would have been

Not really, makes the car feel a lot more balanced.

The wider rears are there to reduce the understeer, putting the same all round is what many do when they race M3s.

I'd be more concerned about the different shades of paint between drivers door and rear 1/4
