Nobody but me thinks the college kid was drunk and forgot where he parked the car?

Its bogus. Kid was drunk and let somebody borrow the car or forgot where he parked. 335's dont randomly start, drive all over new york, then suddenly lock the thieves out.

Guys, Theres no way the kid mis-parked the car, it was parked in a perfect spot where it could be dropped by a tow truck. Most likely it was taken by tow truck, stolen and dropped off. The kid came to NYC by bus twice, from Boston to file a police report, highly unlikely if he forgot where it was parked. |

i was saying, it could have been valet parked in the city then was stole with/without the keys....the spot u found it in is probably where the thieves abandoned it after trying to start the car but instead they probably stole other stuff and call it a day?
its a crazy story... |

If the thieves towed it, how did they get the trunk open to disconnect the battery? Even with fold down seats, you cant open from the inside.
And how come nobody noticed a huge ass tow trunk taking the car from the parking lot or something!

Wow this is a crazy story. I looked at the picture closer and saw the license plate says "RUSNAK". The Rusnak BMW is located about 15 miles from my home, or about 2 cities I think. All the way from Southern California to NYC, now that would be quite a drive.
