JB3 Track Testing?

I tried to contact Rixster a few days back without a response, so I wanted to see if anyone else was as inquisitive as I am.

Within the track/autocross threads there has been a lot of discussion about weather or not a tuned 335 is a worthy reliable track car. Its worthy alright, but almost everyone has been, or is, a limp infested mess. Once you pay $250~$400 to do a set of sessions, its a real dissapointment to have to pit in to restart your car due to limp issues. Personally, stock my car has never given me an issues, and for the most part I have been pretty lucky with each version of the PROcede. So, no complaints there

Before JB3 was released I had asked Rix if he and Terry were confident enough to let throw Jb3 on and run against some other 335s with competitor tunes at an upcoming track event. Now that its released and they are flying off the shelfs, I guess the thing sells itself. Regardless, I'm sure the track junkies would be eager to know, have any beta guys put it to the test on the track?

not everyone is about straight-line power and skills on dumping the clutch and shifting fast ^^

Im hoping to see how reliable and limp-free the JB3 will be on the track for 30minute sessions...

The 335 has pretty poor cooling systems stock, and the major obstacle
to road racing this car is temperature control. Adding power via JB3,
or any tune, is going to put more stress on the barely sufficient
intercooling, water cooling and oil cooling systems. If you intend to
road race the car for extended periods of time you'll have better luck
with our lower boost tunes such as JB1 or JB2, or the low boost map on
JB3.

It can't hurt to try, just don't be surprised when your oil or water
temperatures go tilt running 30% more power than stock with the Stage
3. If you are really serious about road racing remove the AC
condenser, add a larger oil cooler in the front, and switch over to a
larger intercooler. Race gas will help with higher IATs to an extent
as well.
