Well, those calculators are generally garbage for modern cars, but our diesel being what it is might actually be pretty close. I would guesstimate based on mods to be 350-375 flywheel hp. Really all depends on how much I'm getting from the methanol.

I have made some pass yesturday at Napierville dragway with my 335d.
My best was 13,2 @ 105 mph with JBD @ 100%.
I think the car can break into the 12 (12.9999) since my 60f was very bad at 2.2.
I have made 6 run back to back, very consistant and my best was the 4th so no evidence of heatsoak.
I Will try to break the 12 this week-end with better tire.
The car have 91,000km and never a single trouble.

Light 17" wheels and sticky tires and you might have a shot. If you went through the effort to do most of the weight saving tips from the 3 series thread (2-3 hours uninstall, 1-2 hours install) and did light 17's, I'm sure you'd be right at the 13.0/12.9 range.

Keep in mind, though it's only .2 seconds, that's a lot of time to make up.

By the way, about 15 years ago I drove a Mitsubishi eclipse with a few mods and my track times were consistently 14.2 with 21lb 18" wheels. Putting my stock 16's with low air pressure and removing my passenger seat netted me a 14.0 with nearly identical conditions. However, the lower your times get, the more difficult it is to lower it.

I know that you can pull 1.9s 60' times on stock tires/wheels, if you were running 13.2 you can get into the 12s with a good launch. For cars running in our time range 0.1s off your 60' typically correlates to 0.2s off the 1/4 mile time.

I launched 2nd gear at about 2200 RPM, no spin at all. Stock 255/35 R 18 RFTs at 49 PSI. Track prep can affect that though and my track usually has fairly good prep. I can imagine if you dont have sport package (dont know if you do or not) and youre on the 225 section tires that could make a big difference at the track.

I am on 255/35/18 (sport pack) and Yokohama tire but 100% dead.
I have 82 mph at the 1/8 mark.
My trouble is really the bad rear tire and no glue on the track.
On the road i can launch@ 2200 on a warm day and the car hook up pretty good. On the track yesturday, it was impossible

A 13.2 with dead 18" yoko's is pretty impressive then.

What mods?

Were you on the left or right lane at Napierville? From my experience they are different...

I have made 6 run, 2 on the left lane and 4 on the right.
All the run was very close (13.2 to 13.4) and always 104-105 mph.

Dont forget Napierville have made majors updates last years (both track where redone and the light system are updated).
