Any fix for the sticky handle without removing the door panel?

Like wrapping it with tape? Really - you can do the replacement in 45 minutes or less. Yes, will require a few tools, but you can buy the handle off Amazon for about $30.

I don't think he means the surface but when you pull the handle there is some resistance and it sticks.
