Meh, it was pretty good when I had my 328 xi coupe. Definitely wakes the car up. Be sure to use 93 octane and tell AA you are doing so. Every little bit helps, so a good free flow exhaust and intake will help max your output. It's a modest bump, so if you don't go into it with unrealistic expectations, I think you will definitely enjoy it.
