More HP on my 08 335i...

Well was wondering what other mods I can add for more HP on my E90 335i. Here are the mods I've done so far and will hopefully be dyno'd soon.

Vishnu ProCedeV5
AR Design Catless DP's
AFE Stage 2 CAI with DAS
3in custom exhaust piping
Evolution Racewerks Intercooler kit with charge pipe and HKS BOV
Stock Turbos of course and that's about what I have so far...

Suggestions Please?

Lot of people run meth for a good bump in power as you have most other stuff.

Lets keep this short, since you are in Hawaii E85 is hard to come by, so...Meth is the answer. Noticeable bump in HP plus the IAT will lower which will allow the tune to readjust and get a little bit more out of your current mods

Meth or aftermarket turbos (whether it's RBs, Varas, or the Vishnu Single) are really the only 2 paths for you to get more HP.

Meth is the cheapest hp you'll ever get, I have a jb4 with fsb took it out for warranty work. Moved it from ww to trunk for safety, but I didn't have it installed for 2 weeks and thought the car felt the same with only jb4...... Wow was I wrong reinstalled and feels so much faster/quicker. I have a basic DO kit with one nozzle with meth elbow all used less than $300. What ever u get make sure you get some type of fail safe....... And if u have the money throw some rbs on there

If you're in VA, seriously look into E85 then: http://alternative-fuel.findthedata.org/

It'll give meth like increases if you blend to E40 levels (basically 5.5 gallons of E85 to a full tank of 93). Just make sure that you have the most recent Maps/Firmware

So I found some stations with E85 in my area. So basically you're saying 5.5 gals of E85 and the rest 93oct? Also the new maps and firmware would be updated by my comp to the procede or how do I get em?

Upload the New Procede Maps that support E85 use. Start with low concentrations, like 3 gallons of E85 to a full tank of 93. As long as you don't get CELs from Mixture Fault Codes, slowly increase it & you'll be fine. Max you can prob do before maxing your trims (without the Vishnu flash for fueling support) is E40.

The gains from E85 will def be noticeable

A little off topic....but,

How are you feeling with the custom 3" exhaust set-up? We're you able to get it to match up to the AR's with a 3" connector their too? And are you 3" double exhaust or single?

Meth, E85, or upgraded turbo's are your only option. (unless you want to get into nitrous).

Also guys, would I have to change anything in my setup if I do run a trunk kit with E85 such as a new charge pipe with a bung in it for the injection or whatever to make it work??

Trunk kit with E85?? I think you mean a Trunk Meth Tank setup. Some CPs have Meth Ports, another option is injecting into the Elbow connection between the FMIC Cold Piping & CP.
