Wow, that is indeed a rare beast, at least on this side of the pond! Very nice!

Fantastic car - enjoy! Had to fly 1300 miles to pick up a 2009 with a stick in February. Have enjoyed every minute with it. Nice find.

I mean if it's appearance, great, because the car looks fantastic.
The "M" Sport Package adds some appearance items to the regular Sport Package. iIRC, seats and suspension remain the same in both Sport versions. And neither one affects the NA 3.0 I-6 motor which develops 230, not 240 hp. (It was avilable on the 5 series for one or two years with 240 hp, but only with the 8 speed Steptronic.)

Thx for clearing that up. No disrespect intended to the OP since it's a fine looking car and I wish my 35d was an E91 instead of an E90.

And I hope we can get a 330d or 335d in the new F31 wagon. But since they probably will not come with manual transmissions, my E91 will probably not be replaced by a Bimmer when it finally gives up the ghost.

Congrats! First time i've seen one in black.

We love our E91 M Sport touring in Le Mans blue. Best purchase we've made ever!

Wow, i guess i wasn't the only one lucky enough to find an M Sport wagon! We just found ours a couple weeks back 3 hours outside Seattle. Its a 2010 M Sport in Le Mans blue with roof rail delete and nav. My wife and I absolutely love the wagon (except the low front bumper...still getting used to it) and hope to put many more miles in the coming years.

If it were 100% mine, i'd wish for the 6 speed manual but had to compromise since its the family hauler.

Congrats on the find!

Man, that is so nice!....jealous over here!...still lovin my nine-one, though!

My car has a pretty low stance as well, I was told it has a "sport" suspension......it sits lower than my buddies 330 when they are parked next to each other!

engine is independent of package. Meaning it does nothing to upgrade power output of the NA or the turbo.

Are you assuming that since it's the NA, the platform can't benefit from the M-package?
