I`m not 100% sure but I guess it`s as follows :
10% import tax of the value of the car when arriving at the border (selling price + shipping costs ) + 20% import consumer tax on the value of the car when imported (selling price + shipping costs + import tax ) + eventually some modifications on your car that are required to meet certain EU standards |

BUT!! Tax is taken from the VALUE OF THE CAR ? or is it taken from the price that ive payed for the car for example: I buy 335i for 30k but its worth 40k euro in Germany so i pay 10%+20% from 40K euro or I buy 335i for 30k in the states i calculate it for euro and that pay this 30% tax? p.s. If i buy it for 30k but on the paper it saiys for exmaple that i bought it for 15k do i pay that tax from the price thats on the paper ? |

You pay tax for what you paid for the car in US dollars.
I don't think the German custom would believe that you only paid 15k. I would be careful.
