What is this noise?

So, my car is making a new noise. Sounds like its coming from just in front of the right hand side rear wheel. Is this my fuel pump? Car has never made this sound before, and there are no other issues with the car. Just the noise.
Its quite loud, but you are going to have to turn your speakers right up. (blackberry audio quality is shocking)

Its the rear fuel pump. After you unlock the doors sends fuel to front HPFP.
I think all the new ecu updates has this and they did this to prevent the HPFP from failing (due to ubsence of fuel during startup)
Mine started doing this as soon as they replaced my last failed HPFP...
