Is it okay to listen to music only when acc-on?

Hello, just have a short question here.

How long is it safe to listen to music only when acc on mode?

I used to listen to music in acc on mode when waiting for my friends or family coming out home,
and my previous car could not start after 5 minutes of listening to music.

I heard that BMWs automatically cut battery before it dies, is it true?

If not, how long is enough?

You will get a warning when the battery gets low.
From my experience with radio and heated seats on you get about an hour before the warning.
