Turandot Ship /VPC damage resulting in delay

My BMW was on Turandot, which from their shipping manifest shows it's been discharge on Feb2 in NYC. But OC still shows it as "En Route". So I called the dealer and I didn't get anything specific except the car might be at the dealership next week around Feb15. So being paranoid, I'm thinking either there's alot of vehicles to unload, and prep at the VPC? Or my BMW sustain some damage so it's right now being fix at the VPC. My dealer is in Northern NJ {roughly 1 hour}, so I can't imagine it would take this long at the VPC. unless there was some type of damage.

Has anyone had their car on Turandot, and now their OC reflects this status? Or even better... already received the car?

The wait is killing me...

I'm in the exact same boat as you. I live in NJ and my dealer is < 60 mins from the VPC. My car was discharged from the Elektra on Jan 29 and is still at the VPC. My SA (sales advisor) called the VPC on Monday to find out what was up with my car and was told one of my wheels was damaged in transit & they are awaiting a replacement. They told him it should be in at the end of the week, but couldn't give an exact day... so I'm STILL waiting.

I was on the courage and discharged in nyc on feb 2nd.
My status has not changed at all since then and
dealer claims to know nothing. THis is getting
really frustrating b/c I also live 1 hour from the port
and the vehicle must of been damaged if it is taking this long.
Priority 1 vehicles typically take only 2-3 days.

OC is crap. Look at my sig. Took about 5 days - I was fortunate. I am in MD. I know it is painful but hang in there. 6,7,8 days is possible and likely more the norm.
