Smoke coming out

hello my car is coming out smoke and is having a miss fire in cylinder 4 constantly as I accelerate hard in a pass, in the diagram I get everything right, gasoline spark plugs are new and the coils, the turbos are recently repaired and I think that may be the stamps but the car is giving me a code 2C9D, and if it was because of the turbo I think the car should say it in the MHD and the car is not smoking when is cold or when i press gas ,is just when is seat and after y run the car for a couple minutes , and I have 2 friends with the same problem.

Sounds like a lot of work was done the engine compartment. Recheck all connectors, especially to O2 sensor.
