I believe cd would be the drivers for the cable.

Try and plug in the cable and see if it automatically installs.

Exactly. Use the CD to only install the drivers for your cable. Use the software that is on this thread for the install. Trust me, I spent a day trying to get the software from a cd to work and ended up installing the one on this thread. Worked like a charm and it was hassle free.

Is it absolutely nessacary to use a 32bit win xp or win 7 laptop to code the injectors? Having a tough time tracking a laptop down that still runs win 7 and is also 32 bit that i can borrow. Everyones on at least windows 8 or 10 already.

If I replace an injector with the same or close injector parameters doe the Injector still need to be coded?

If exactly the same, no, otherwise it depends how big the difference is. INPA will sometimes round up or down by a couple of increments when coding them.

tbh, INPA really isn't that hard to get hold of or use.

Not sure about the TCU adaptations. It should work as all of the E9X .ipo files are there. Give it a try.

I have a 09 335i and the dcan cable / INPA works fine . As far as coding other modules it works fine as well . I can't code nor update any module on the most ring , I have to get icom for that but injectors and everything else should work just fine

The zip file contains a PDF with common EDIABAS errors and what could be wrong. Search inside that PDF and hopefully you'll find a solution.

Solution 2: Copy the group file to C:\EDIABAS\ECU (Where can i copy group files)

Can you please suggest.

1.8 EDIABAS error: Error (95) SYS-0005: OBJECT FILE NOT FOUND
Reason 1: No SGBD in C:\EDIABAS\ECU
Solution 1: Copy the SGBD into the Ecu directory. (Where can i find SGBD)
Reason 2: No group file in C:\EDIABAS\ECU (for group call)
Solution 2: Copy the group file to C:\EDIABAS\ECU (Where can i copy group files)
Reason 3: No path definition C:\EDIABAS\BIN
Solution 3: Set the system variable (see 2.1)
Reason 4: Incorrect path definition in EDIABAS.INI
Solution 4: Set the EcuPath path in Ediabas.ini to C:\EDIABAS\ECU
Reason 5: The SGBD name contains reserved characters or is too long. Only 8 characters

Hmm,

From the errors it seems to me that you may have not followed the instructions in my PDF correctly. I'd say start from scratch and make sure you follow every step.
