I'll keep tabs on things and pick some food that makes sense to compliment some of the others. I am reminded of an annual "mens" outing I go on with some buddies to NJ. One year there was like 106 lbs of red meat between 14 attendees. No salad, no rice, no veggies, JUST MEAT (okay maybe a keg or two as well)! Only meat for two days...it was like some kind of defiant challenge. I got home and though I was going to have a heart attack. I vowed I would never do that again. So I will bring the 'filler" food. We can decide what those things may be when we have a better idea of the menu and the number of people. I was just happy to hear the words peanut sauce and satay.

FWIW, and not that we need it, but I have a generator if there is a need at some point. I also have one of those massive coolers which holds a ton of stuff, especially big stuff, while keeping it very cold. Keep that in mind.

I also have a big utility trialer that I can drag around the night beofre to collect things if need be. Not sure if everyone is okay with the parks charcoal grill, but I have a decent size large one (the grill you fools) with a side burner which may be a good addition as well. I know it sounds a little Sanford and Sons-ish, but I know you guys don't want to be hauling too much crap in your pimped out rides, so I am happy gather the big stuff and haul it to River Bend.

........ and it's tight at that!

And I know your are just yanking my chain, but every year out at Indy I have set up the dish next to eh RV and hook up the tivo when I head in to watch Qualifying. I had a group of about 100 assembled last year to watch the Speed channel coverage in a king size sheet in the middle of a field across from the speedway that night....it was awesome!
