hmmmm I recently thought I noticed that as well but thought it may just be my coilovers aren't sitting at the same on all four corners. Interesting..

Have someone sit in the driver's seat and check it again

I think it's heavier on the passenger side as well.

I'd love to agree, but mine is the same... and being a UK car it is right hand drive. Heard of quite a few others too. It seems the right hand side of the car (looking out of the windscreen) is lower whether it's right or left hand drive.
Asked my local tech and they came back with "Yep, that's normal" (with a babelfish translator that equates to "fucked if I know, and couldn't be arsed trying") |

Well I would say
1. The driver is not in the car (I guess this is not the case) 2. The engine is more on the passenger side, right? 3. Have you checked corner weights? If you look at the heights of my car it looks retarded. However, my corner weights are within 10lbs of each other.

mine does with no one in it but it was corner balanced after the coilover install with me in the car. So the drivers side should sit higher when the car is empty. Plus I'm a big guy.

While waiting for KW's to be delivered I have measured my car (335XI E90) per KW's install manual to get a baseline. You measure from center of the wheel center cap straight up to the bottom of the fender. My drivers side measurements are exactly 1/4" higher than than passenger side measurements.

you have 4 scales that you place the car on, and then adjust ride height settings to make them equal.
corner-balancing should be a mandatory option when receiving an alignment the issue is, you can't have it done unless you have adjustable end links. regardless, for USDM cars, it is COMPLETELY normal for the driver side to be SLIGHTLY higher than the passenger -- this is due to the fact that alignments and corner balancing should be done w/the driver's weight in the driver seat...otherwise, your alignment is OFF.
