I think all the kit is, is polish, sand paper, and a pad.

But for $30 why not. I've heard good things about headlight restoration kits. I'm sure 3Ms is no different. They make solid products.

I used that kit on some lenses that were in really bad shape. Looked great when I was done and only took about an hour.

I know this sounds weird but I used toothpaste on my old Honda that had some yellowing etc on the headlight. It actually cleared it right up.

Works great on stainless steel fridges as well!

The 3M kit went on sale for 20 bucks at CT a month ago. We did my friends Civic and another friends Toyota Solara. Works great.
