Noob headlight question
I'm still awaiting delivery of my E90 328i and I have a question with regard to the stock headlights. From what I understand, Canadian 328's come standard with xenon lights. Is this correct? Also, what's the difference between xenon and HID lights? Your input is much appreciated.

Thanks for the quick response. Can't wait to get the car. I've already got 19" wheels on the way as well as black line tail lights and an oem short shifter. I'll be sure to post pics as soon as I take delivery of the car and get these items installed

The same seller also has these lights which are almost double the price. Are they worth the extra money?

Those things off e-bay will not work well. they will work, but they wont be very bright at all, and you will be quite disappointed.
LUX 4 or LUX 5 are the brightest on the market right now and will be your best choice http://www.e90post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=114352 here is a pic from Jay Spec |

don't get from ebay...unless you got money to burn. Get PIAA or LUX.

Those look really nice but that's alot of money to spend on angel eyes IMO. I may go for the ones on Jlevi.com for $119. That's probably the most I'd spend on a light upgrade and even then there are so many other items I want to buy as well. So much for not putting a lot of money into a leased car...lol. Thanks for all the suggestions!
