The car only has 5500 miles and was purchased in April of 2007 with $6000 down to keep the payments low. Here is a link to Swap a Lease where I am listing the car. The car has been garaged and is in perfet shape. I am a non smoker and I live in southern California if you would like to see it. You can also reach me directly by email at macmovieman@gmail.com. I have a custom after market exhaust and aluminum interior and upgraded pedals.

Hey Mantis, good to hear from you and what happened to your car? I bought it when I was leaving to another company and was giving up my company car. When I told my company I was leaving they increased my salary to more than I was going to get at the new company and will be buying me a new car annually. I am sad to see it go but I now have 3 cars and 2 motorcycles. Just too many for my wife and I to drive. I won't be gone for too long. That M3 is SEXY AS HELL!

On swap a lease, it says you are looking for money down. Are you willing to take $552 a month straight up??

I have already turned down $1500, so no I would not take $0. I am looking for $3500, but I will go as low as $2250. Some of the advantages of this lease are I put down $6000 cash in April 2007 to have a lower payment when I got the car. I have a custom 1 off exhaust just installed so the car could be shown at CES. It includes the BMW bike rack for a custom fit for 2 bikes with lock, the exhaust the car came with to put it back on at the end of the lease. A custom car cover for the 335i and the upgraded BMW sport pedals. The car currently has about 5600 miles which is under the 6000 I listed so I can drive it while it is up on swap a lease.

I am happy to own the car and drive it but I will not give it away. I am getting emails daily from people asking for no down and I totally understand why. I have had 4 offers in the last 2 weeks from $1000-1500 but I want at least $2250. The first person who agrees will have the car. The car usually had about 4 coats of Zaino on it at any given time and I keep my cars very clean and garaged. It only comes out on weekends.

You should really tell people $686 a month or $552 with $3,500 down.
Or $636 a month or $552 with $2,250 down.
It doesn't say anywhere in your post you're asking for a down payment.
People are thinking, "Wow, what a great payment!" at $552. When really. . . Its about average. . . Especially with out 923 miles per month.
IMO
Good luck with sale.

Thanks, I am getting a lot of calls from guys with 325i like yours wanting to upgrade. Here is a copy directly from the lastest lease speacial at BMW. You should email them too and let them know to change the way they sell their cars. All of this is clearly stated on swap a lease. The car was $48,850. and with the $6000 down you will see that it is the same price as the car below or $42,850. The stock 335 below has a $3659 cash due and for my fairly loaded 335i I am asking $2250. You never get the money for the upgades but I have another $3500 in upgrades. It ain't a 325i if you know what I mean.

• $559 First months payment
• $2,500 Down payment

Not a chance. The last few emails about the car came from guys who had a 325i, and the guy who drove down from LA to test drive it this weekend had a 325i.

The point here was to point people to Swap a lease where they could learn more about the terms and see the photos not to with hold information and try to trick people? Why duplicate everything. I also did not state all of the extra items that were included in the sale here becuase they were on swap a lease.
