E92 US to EU reprogramming (deactivating always-on turn signals)

Hi all,

I lived in California for a year and bought a 2007 328i Coupé (E92). I'm back in Spain now and the regulations here don't allow the front turn signals to be always on as they are on this US model (albeit at very low voltage).

I called BMW in Munich and they said it's a software problem, but they can't do anything about it and I should contact a third party company dedicated to conversion from US to European models. It can be done.

Do any of you know any companies, preferably in Spain, who could do this? A complete reinstallation of the software into the EU version is risky, I'm looking to reconfigure the current software to turn the turn signals off except when activated to signal turns.

Many thanks in advance,
Javier
