I like the X-drive mod.

Although, I believe hotrod182 currently holds the fasted 335d quarter mile time with 12.345 sec.

Only in Poland would there be drag racing in the rain with only a crowd control fence to separate the cars from the people.

And they wonder why there are so many jokes about them.

Well a guess when it rains a lot, you have to make due.

You wouldn't catch me standing down track of the start line with only a gate. I did a lot of industrial park, open road, illegal street racing when I was younger but I always took care to be out of the way of the crash areas of the cars when I was watching.

That guy is cheating, obviously his quick times are due to the weight savings from debadging.

EDIT: That would be a pre-LCI with an LCI trunk too right? The tail lights dont line up on the bottom.

1000nm torque. anything over 700nm on a 335d is unsafe for the gearbox.

not 100% sure but you can guarantee the following:

DPF delete
Straight pipes
Remap (of course)
intercooler upgrade
Meth/fuel additives

Possibly turbo tweeks/upgrades
Possibly air filter change which is minimal (3bhp)/no gains
Possibly weight reductions such as seats stripped out/lighter alloys

What's really interesting is the mention of x-drive. I've been doing a lot of searches, and can't find anything on adding x-drive to a non-x-drive car. Is that even possible?

All the torque in the world won't get you of the line that fast on a wet road with our (lack of) traction. Or am I missing something?

I'm sure its possible but its surely cost prohibitive. Buying a x-drive (awd) car I'm almost certain is the more cost effective route.

I bet being in the front seat of that beast "feels" faster than a GT-R!
