iPod Dealer Install Recommendation?

I live in Las Vegas, and I am having trouble getting this installed. I have the part here that was given to me for Christmas. The dealership here is trying to tell me that it is not compatible with cars that have an AUX port. Clearly, they lack the knowledge about this product. Any help would be greatly appreciated

There are two versions - one for the newer MOST bus cars (E90, etc) and one for older (E46, etc.). If you were given the older version then it would not work in your car but it has nothing to do with the AUX port. The only thing either is not compatible with is the CD changer. The other possibility is that you were given the Denison DICE part which is also for the older cars only.

The part # I have is 65 11 0 403 650, which is the correct part. The box has MOST INTERFACE labeled on it.
I am looking for a dealer who knows what they are doing and has done this install.

I would be willing to go to California to get this done. I just want it done right.

Thanks.

All they have to do is go to accessory install instructions on their centernet website and it has step by step instructions for the install procedure.
