Selling my beloved 2008 335i sedan so i can pick up an M3 vert as we are going to be relocating to the south shortly and i will finally have open roads!

Car is in GREAT shape, never had kids in it since i owned it, and the interior is in mint condition. Exterior AW paint is in good shape, and i have BMW touch up paint for any chips that may occur. Had the car for the last year and a half and have babied it the entire time. Car was only tuned with a JB+ and had an aftermarket exhaust and intake, but kept all original engine and downpipes. Car is back to stock except for the upgraded BMS angel eyes, and some cosmetic coding (digital speedo, ae as drl, euro hazards) and the window tint. car has pretty much brand new tires. Regular oil changes, new filter, and complete service records since i have owned the vehicle.

Car has been garaged / covered it entire life with me.

Currently no waste gate rattle, HPFP issues, or transmission fluid leakage from the dreaded mechatronic sleeve. Battery cable recall has been completed.
