wondering if anyone knows where i get walnut blasting done in south jersey or philly and a rough estimate of the cost?

Helix or VAC in Philly Helix is $349 VAC is $425 goodluck..

theres a person in queens doing it for 250 if you're willing to drive or have business over there.

Helix in Philly or Redline Speed Worx in Central NJ. Those are the two I would recommend.
