Is there a way to pull and backup software from the TCU/ECU?

I'd love to do the Alpina B3 flash to my TCU, but the issue is that the 48.1 daten files don't have my stock software in it (zb 7647747).

Is there a way I can pull that and backup to my computer to flash back if I ever need to return to stock?
