Passenger side headlight pointing into the air...

I turned the manual screw, however judging by how loosely it turned, I would say that it's broken... What should I do?

My problem is the opposite. Both lights are too low, and the driver's side is WAY too low.

Multiple trips to the dealership to fix it, and each time, they don't fix it, yet say they fixed it.

So odd.

I fixed it, the screw on the headlight actually worked very well...
