If you have the 2.5 you can't run meth on top of e85.

It only has to do with having enough inputs.

Shiv, correct me if I am wrong
Yup, no meth or speed limit de limiter , but with this power with just fuel I am good on power and I never drive over 155

Thanks for your review/input! I'm dying to get the flex-fuel kit and LPFP from Vishnu&FFTEC!

Great stuff!! I'm adding this to my list of necessary upgrades. So, two necessary upgrades: clutch and fuel pump!

Aren't you just loving E85? My Vishnu/FFTEC E85 kit is proving to be extremely useful. My last fillup was today at 3.50 a gallon, and I would have paid 4.78 a gallon right now.

Yeah, E85 is less fuel efficient, but these fuel cost differences are really starting to give 91 a run for its money, not to mention just how crazy these cars are when under 100% E85!!

Also: Sunol Super Stop is awesome. Diesel, E85, 87, 89, 92, 94, 96, 98, 100

Love the 100% E85, but in terms of supporting mods for the 100% E85 is an upgraded Clutch and the New LPFP. Also an LSD is a MUST have mod with this much power IMO. Man this car is a tearing a hole in my bank account

If this pump upgrade is reasonably priced and something I can do in my driveway then I'm ready to pull the trigger on a flex fuel setup.

Actually with the vishnuflash, it raises the rev limit to 7200 and also delimits your speed so the delimiter on your procede piggy doesn't matter anymore

Is this a replacement for the in-tank pump or an addition to it outside of the tank? The quoted post and your title seem to have conflicting info.

I did not have a chance to see how the unit is actually installed, but from what I gathered from my conversation with Shiv, was that it was installed inline with the existing pumps. I will let Shiv field this one, as I don't want to spread incorrect technical data.

+1 congrats.

I just dropped off my car for an "upgrade" too.

We'll see how a single turbo 6AT does with 100% E85.

There is no upgraded in-tank replacement LPFP pump at this time so the pump Shiv is using is an inline booster that will feed the HPFP and stabilize the fuel pressure.

Since it's inline I doubt it's actually an in tank pump then right? Can someone clarify this? I think consensus is that it is not a replacement for the OEM LPFP, so it's prob an inline boost a pump, so is it tied into the fuel line somewhere under the car? how is it powered? etc.

Well joe said it's in-tank.

well, he said he wasn't sure and I wasn't sure there was room in there for an inline boost a pump. most people put those between the tank and the injectors.

But i'll leave it to Shiv to spill the beans.

I've been holding my tongue for weeks lol. Shiv has gone quiet. My guess is he's preparing something.
