HPFP replacement under warranty?

Does anyone of any dealers in NJ that will replace HPFP under warranty on a modified car ? Or is that out of the question?

Brought my car to Wide World BMW in Spring Valley two months ago to have HPFP replaced. Second time by the way. Car had 106K, GIAC stage two tune, AFE stage two CAI, Corsa 3.5" single pipe exhaust with secondary cat delete, race cats, ER charge pipe with Helix BOVs. No problems at all. Fully coverd. They did spot a leaking valve cover gasket that I had replaced. The tech and advisor knew it was modded and we spent about 20 minutes talking about cars. The tech showed me his e39 M5. Can't speak for all dealerships but I had a great experience.
