That's correct, but we're not looking at a new body or chassis. This is simply a refresh/facelift of the current E92 generation coupe.

Do they really need to test something as minor as a front bumper redesign? Doesn't the fact they're taking out testing with camo imply there is something changed under the skin that needs a shakedown?

Just my rumor fueling thought for the day......

Why mess with perfection...the e92 looks great as it is.....LOL I do notice in the pics that the top/center of the hood where the grills meet looks different. Other than that it looks like an e92 w/a bunch of armor....

guys these are the very first spy pics of the facelifted E92. i doubt you will be able to notice much. im guessing next pics will show a camouflaged rear (LED taillights)

i find the stock e92 coupe rather boring at first sight, clean classy-but boring, im sure many of you will not admit to that...SO A FACELIFT IS IN ORDER
