Help

My father owns a 2010 328i sedan and ever since he got it, it makes a faint intermittent clicking sound in the speakers and there is a hiss sound in the background, whether the car is on or off - really faint but truly annoying. Car is still under warranty and the problem has been examined twice by BMW Toronto downtown dealership. They can't find the cause and simply brush it off as acceptable as is. Has anyone had a similar problem and know a fix? It c/b wiring, the amp, the radio, the speakers, you name it - anything is possible. I'm trying to get another dealer to take a look before warranty expires and/or complain directly to BMW Canada. Please help! Thx.

Which of the three audio system do you have.

Which of the three audio system do you have.
The thing is the audio system is never off on these things.
Because its used for some gongs or alarms plus blue tooth.
Could be your radio or amp.
They need to replace it or reprogram it .

He has the base audio system. I agree likely radio or amp. BMW dealer says it is operating within acceptable parameters, and I just laugh.
