I love it - Bimmer owners love their rides - and I know I'll love mine!

Definitely going to (try) and be patient this time and order something cool.

I had the same decision to make also-I originally wanted black to go with my Jet Black exterior. Darth Vader mode.

Though easier to keep clean, the black leather interior in my E36 325is is TERRIBLE in the summertime. When I saw the saddle color, I loved it-the major selling point though, was the black/saddle 2 tone theme (like corral red) which looked great! The black trim really breaks up the interior with the contrasting saddle. If it were ALL saddle, I probably wouldn't have gone with it. Gray is too sterile looking, especially since it is an ALL gray interior-if it had the same kind of 2 tone theme like corral or saddle, i think it would look much better.

I get compliments on the black/saddle combo all the time.

You know my vote!

i've got sapphire black on black

to be honest this was not my first choice, i would have prefered red or saddle but i didnt want to wait

in hindsight i am quite happy with the decision because i noticed with the coloured leather on some of my freind's rides does appear to get the "worn" look quicker than my black

I was curious how the saddle wears. All leather shows wear - guess that's just part of it.

I had Saddle on Black Sapphire on my 335i and I LOVED it. I really wish I could have gotten my E92 M3 in that combo. I had to settle for Fox Red on the M.

If you go with black leather then I recomend you tint your windows...it will keep the car a bit cooler....I had to do it in order to keep the leather from getting hoooooooooot!!!

My new E90 will have saddle interior....the black interior here in Los angeles gets too hot......either way good luck with your decision!!!!

saddle is really nice to sit in
once you're in there it feels like you're inside a high end bag or something

Exactly. That shade of brown reminds me of a traditional Coach bag.

Here's mine from a week after I picked up my car back in June of last year. Man, nothing beats that feeling of getting a brand new car!
