So this is just similar to my head light E90.


I wish you can see the small bulb in the High Beam part (the High beam light area has a high beam bulb H7 and a small bulb) I just want to change that bulb but not sure what type of bulb is it.

and one more question about the low beam H7
If i'm going to change it to HID, should I use HID 35W kit or HID 55W kit?

i would stick with the same wattage that you have on there now. My car came with the 35w HID and I have not have a problem with it just a pain to change the bulb to a higher temp.

The bulb you are talking about is the daytime running lamp on 06-08 E 90

If you put an HID kit in those lens you will blind oncoming traffic. You need projector headlights.
